Starlight Party are also known as The Wedding DJ North East. Based in the North East of England covering Newcastle, North Tyneside, South Tyneside, Durham, Northumberland, Teeside and North Yorkshire.

We believe that once the formalities are over with you and your guests want to let your hair down and party.
So much time, effort and money goes into that one day. One of the most special days of a couple’s life together and one that will be cherished for ever. That’s why whatever package you chose you can be assured we aim to help create that magical part of the day.
The company based in Newcastle upon Tyne is run by Gary, who has over 27 years in the entertainment industry. He has worked on TV projects, concerts, festivals, touring shows and of course many years of DJ’ing venues all over the UK. Gary has a passion for music and his knowledge of music spans from the 1950’s right up to the current day charts.
Understanding the importance of your wedding or civil ceremony however big or small is the key to Starlight Parties success.
Packages Available
All packages include as standard:

1.. Small and Intimate (around 50 people max)
We have a small setup, smaller speakers ideal for small gatherings in small venues. Typically, our small and intimate package includes. A small DJ Booth, which can be lit to match your colour theme, 2 small but powerful, great sounding speakers. (If space is a real issue, we can place them behind our booth). A lighting effects bar and 2 moving head lights on the booth.
2.. Medium Package ( around 100-150 people max)
Our medium sized package is the most popular choice and probably the one most couples choose. It boasts a top of the range sound system, fully computer-controlled lighting, sweeping hearts and stars lighting effect on the dance floor for the first dance. The DJ booth can be covered with a starcloth, or colour matched to your colour scheme.
3.. Top Package (upto 250 people)
Our top package typically consists of the medium package, but also includes 8 mood lights to go along one wall, your names projected on a wall, floor or ceiling.

Our promise to you.
We can meet up with you and discuss your needs and requirements if you wish. We can liaise with the venue or wedding planner to ensure everything runs smoothly. Our DJ’s will be professional from the moment they arrive. Our DJ’s will be friendly on the microphone, making announcements, introduce speakers, acts and play a mixture of music ensuring everyone has a great night. We might not be the cheapest around, but we refuse to cut corners and always give the best service to our clients.
Don’t be fooled by Photos of some other companies, they might have great pictures of their setups, but where are the pictures of the full dancefloor? When you see starlit dancefloors, LOVE letters and photobooths in most cases these are not owned by the DJ who might be showing them or even offering them. These will be from a third party; another company and they will take a cut of this so in reality you’re paying more. If you want a photobooth, dancefloor or LOVE letters let us know and we will put you in touch with several great companies and we are not interested in taking a cut, we are the disco specialists and we don’t try and look bigger than we are.
